Our aim is to make your shopping experience seamless and we always strive to learn and make things better.

The Happy Shop has 10 days return policy allowing the customer to return or exchange products purchased within 10 days of the receipt of the said product.

As a policy, we do not offer refunds.

In an unlikely scenario, if a product received has a manufacturing defect or a wrong order or size has been delivered we would be happy to offer you an exchange or store credit.

Refunds or conversions to Store Credits are not applicable for special offers.

We only request that the product you intend to return should be in the same condition as it was purchased, unused & unwashed with all the tags and packaging intact.

» Initiating Return/Exchange

To initiate return/exchange, drop in an email hello@thehappyshop.co.in within 24hrs of receipt of your order, stating clearly

  1. Order Number
  2. Product name
  3. Reason for the return/exchange
  4. Image of the product if the return/exchange is due to any defect
  5. Pick up address
  6. Contact number

★ Please allow 1-2 working days to look into your request.
★ After your return request is approved, an email confirmation along with shipping guidelines will be sent to you.
★ While returning the product please ensure that the product sent is unused, and in the same condition, as it was purchased, which includes original packing and tags attached.
★ All returns are valid for 10 calendar days from the time of receipt of the shipment.
★ All returns/exchanges initiated due to any reason other than wrong/damaged products shipped by us will have to be returned and shipped by you. The happy shop will not bear the return charges.
★ Products that are customized or bought in the sale will also not be exchanged unless it is damaged or a wrong product has been delivered.
★ In case of size not being fit, we offer an exchange for the same if an incorrect size has been sent from our end. We request you to kindly go through the size chart before placing the order.

» Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at hello@thehappyshop.co.in 

Orders cannot be cancelled if our delivery partner has already collected the said order.

» Shipping

We at the happy shop always work towards to deliver products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

Shipping is free for prepaid orders, anywhere in India. Once order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing the shipping details and also the estimated delivery time to your location will be sent to you. In case of an unexpected delay, the same will be notified

Orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours after placing of the order.

  • Shipping to Metro Cities: the package takes 2-7 working days to reach.
  • Shipping rest of India: the package takes 4-10 working days to reach

Cash on Delivery

COD is available only on selected pin codes. For all COD orders we charge additional processing charges of INR120.

NOTE: The delivery charges need to be paid even if an individual is unwilling to accept the shipment by our delivery partner. Also, the consignee will have to bear additional charges for re-sending the package to our warehouse and the same will be collected by our delivery partner.

» Tampered or Non Delivery Issue Resolution

We have tied up with third party courier services for delivery of orders. These courier services work independent of the happy shop and we have no influence or involvement in their working policies.

The happy shop shall not be liable for any loss if due to unforeseen circumstances the courier services on their own grounds refuses to accept the customers claim of wrong, tampered or non -delivery of parcels. 

  • The customer has right to not accept the package from the courier person if they feel that that the package received is damaged or tampered with.
  • In an unfortunate scenario, if the customer has received incorrect product or if there is a missing item, the customer needs to take pictures of/ video record the same as and when the package is received & opened, with clear image of the package content provided on the said package along with images of the products received. The same has to be notified to our customer care team within the next 24/48 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Please keep in mind that we only offer exchanges up to two times.
  • The first time charges are waived; however, the customer must bear the shipping costs for the second exchange request. The Customer may request an exchange for the third time, but new product charges will be added to the total.
  • Once you've emailed us, our team will respond within 48 hours and resolve the issue.
  • Exchanges and Store Credits cannot be used on Sale Items.
  • In areas where COD is not available, we are unable to initiate a reverse pickup and the customer must courier the product back to us at the address listed below, with courier charges of up to Rs.120 refunded to the customer.
