We at The Happy Shop always work towards to deliver products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

Shipping is free for prepaid orders, anywhere in India. Once order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing the shipping details and also the estimated delivery time to your location will be sent to you. In case of an unexpected delay, the same will be notified

Orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours after placing of the order.

  • Shipping to Metro Cities: the package takes 2-7 working days to reach.
  • Shipping rest of India: the package takes 4-10 working days to reach

* Delivery timelines could vary usually based on the delivery address or factors like peak shipping periods, public holidays, unforeseen weather conditions etc.

» Cash on Delivery

COD is available only on selected pin codes. For all COD orders we charge additional processing charges of INR 120.

NOTE: The delivery charges need to be paid even if an individual is unwilling to accept the shipment by our delivery partner. Also, the consignee will have to bear additional charges for re-sending the package to our warehouse and the same will be collected by our delivery partner.

» Tampered or Non Delivery Issue Resolution

We have tied up with third party courier services for delivery of orders. These courier services work independent of Batavian and we have no influence or involvement in their working policies.

The Happy Shop shall not be liable for any loss if due to unforeseen circumstances the courier services on their own grounds refuses to accept the customers claim of wrong, tampered or non -delivery of parcels. 

  • The customer has right to not accept the package from the courier person if they feel that that the package received is damaged or tampered with.
  • In an unfortunate scenario, if the customer has received incorrect product or if there is a missing item, the customer needs to take pictures of/ video record the same as and when the package is received & opened, with clear image of the package content provided on the said package along with images of the products received. The same has to be notified to our customer care team within the next 24/48 hours.
