Return & Refund

Our aim is to make your shopping experience seamless and we always strive to learn and make things better.

The Happy Shop has 10 days return policy allowing the customer to return or exchange products purchased within 10 days of the receipt of the said product.

As a policy, we do not offer refunds.

In an unlikely scenario, if a product received has a manufacturing defect or a wrong order or size has been delivered we would be happy to offer you an exchange or store credit.

Refunds or conversions to Store Credits are not applicable for special offers.

We only request that the product you intend to return should be in the same condition as it was purchased, unused & unwashed with all the tags and packaging intact.

» Initiating Return/Exchange

To initiate return/exchange, drop in an email within 24hrs of receipt of your order, stating clearly:

  • Order Number
  • Product name
  • Reason for the return/exchange
  • Image of the product if the return/exchange is due to any defect
  • Pick up address
  • Contact number
  • Please allow 1-2 working days to look into your request.
  • After your return request is approved, an email confirmation along with shipping guidelines will be sent to you.
  • While returning the product please ensure that the product sent is unused, and in the same condition, as it was purchased, which includes original packing and tags attached.
  • All returns are valid for 10 calendar days from the time of receipt of the shipment.
  • All returns/exchanges initiated due to any reason other than wrong/damaged products shipped by us will have to be returned and shipped by you. The Happy Shop will not bear the return charges.
  • Products that are customized or bought in the sale will also not be exchanged unless it is damaged or a wrong product has been delivered.
  • In case of size not being fit, we offer an exchange for the same if an incorrect size has been sent from our end. We request you to kindly go through the size chart before placing the order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at 

Orders cannot be cancelled if our delivery partner has already collected the said order.
