Return & Exchange Policy
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@thehappyshop.co.in
Please keep in mind that we only offer exchanges up to two times.
- The first time charges are waived; however, the customer must bear the shipping costs for the second exchange request. The Customer may request an exchange for the third time, but new product charges will be added to the total.
- Once you've emailed us, our team will respond within 48 hours and resolve the issue.
- Exchanges and Store Credits cannot be used on Sale Items.
- In areas where COD is not available, we are unable to initiate a reverse pickup and the customer must courier the product back to us at the address listed below, with courier charges of up to Rs.120 refunded to the customer.
